Lake Forest Soccer Association Announces Exciting New Partnership with Kicklab
LFSA is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Kicklab, a state-of-the-art indoor soccer training facility located in Vernon Hills. This collaboration marks a major step forward in our commitment to year-round development and player experience.
As part of this exciting partnership, the agreement includes three major components:
-
Jersey Sponsorship – Kicklab will become the official jersey sponsor for all LFSA teams and Young Scouts players, proudly featured on home and away kits starting this fall. All sponsorship revenue will be used to fund scholarships for LFSA players.
-
Winter Training Location – Starting in January, all of LFSA’s indoor practices will now be held at Kicklab, giving our players access to premier indoor training during the winter season.
-
Supplemental Training Opportunities – Players will have the opportunity to participate in additional training programs hosted at Kicklab during the fall and spring seasons, providing year-round support for technical growth. Fall 2025 programs start on September 8th and every registered LFSA player will receive a free training session.
“We’re incredibly excited to join forces with Kicklab,” said Melissa Thoman, LFSA Board President. “This partnership strengthens our ability to offer high-level training in a top-tier environment to all of our players.”
The enhanced training options ensure that players can continue to develop their technical skills throughout the year.
“Our coaching staff is thrilled about what this means for player development,” said Oktay Akgun, Director of Coaching at LFSA. “Training at Kicklab during the winter season will give our players a technical edge and improve our indoor training sessions. In addition, the supplemental programs in the fall and spring provide more high-quality training opportunities to boys and girls who are looking for extra practice.”
This partnership will officially kick off with the start of the fall season when players receive their brand new uniform kit.
